Whether it is the uncertain 6th grader moving into middle school or the senior in high school staring down his or her next steps, we're here for it. We love this phase and we don't want to miss it! We believe that loving God and leaning into the purpose-filled life He has for us can be life transforming. We also believe that we aren't called to go on that journey alone. Our student ministry is a place where students (6th-12th grade) can come to explore who they are in Christ, connect with friends and adults who will cheer them on, and learn to love life.
God loves teenagers. We do too.
Weekly Gatherings
Sunday Night Youth -
We gather most Sunday evenings to play some games, eat some snacks together, and take time to start our week with a Bible study or series. Middle schools students gather from 4-6 p.m. and high school students gather from 6-8 p.m. This is our less formal gathering of the week, but is a valuable time for students to connect with God and each other.
Wednesday Night Small Groups -
All of our students gather most Wednesday nights from 6-8 p.m. to hang out in their small groups. We start the night with dinner and a game. After that, our students lead worship and we head to our large group time for our message that evening. Afterwards, our students break into their small group for discussion.
If your student is interested in joining us or you have further questions, please contact Jess at (812) 232-4808.
Other Gatherings and Events
Milkshake Monday -
We gather most Mondays at Chick-fil-A for Milkshake Monday from 4-6 p.m. It's an informal hangout time where students can chill or bring homework to work on while enjoying some time with friends.
Monthly Events -
We plan an event almost every month to hit one of three core areas - fellowship, discipleship, or service. We are committed to helping students love God, love others, and love life. These events might be weekend retreats, service projects, or outings to encourage community among our students.
Summer Trips -
We plan 2-3 summer trips that focus on service and discipleship. Typically, these include mission trips, wilderness trips, or service trips.

Our Small Group Leaders
Each week, we have a dedicated group of adults who show up in the lives of our students each Wednesday night. These dedicated volunteers go above and beyond to shine the light of Jesus into the lives of our students. If you're a parent, we encourage you to reach out and connect with your student's small group leader. Create a relationship with them. They will be an encouragement and support for you and your family.

Why I Serve as a Small Group Leader: "Students are some of the most real and raw people I know and to do life with them from week to week and year to year is a privilege. Their ability to make your heart burst with pride and make you laugh until you cry within minutes of each other is one of my favorite things."

Why I Serve as a Small Group Leader: "Coming from a rough background growing up, I never really had a positive role model to help me find my way out of the dirt. My goal is to be there for youth during not only the good times but also the bad times. I hope by sharing my story that I can show them life can get better by brushing the dirt off and that Jesus really can change your life when you let him wash over you."
